Food used to have such a hold on my life. If we didn't avoid certain foods completely, my daughter would have horrible tantrums that were scary to watch. Thankfully, we learned about clearings that desensitized her body to all sorts of foods and chemicals.
If your child seems out of control, you may want to consider modifying the diet to see if the behavior will improve. Got a cough? First thing to do is clear the indoor and outdoor air (you might have a sensitivity to something that's flown into your region of the country). But if you've done that and you're still coughing, consider spitting your flem into a baggie, muscle testing it, and if you go weak to it, clear it using Uhe Method.
